Food and service are excellent. Locations are great if you live in Sofitel. Unfortunately I only have one days in Manila otherwise I will eat there regularly.

Choi Garden is not the same as before. But they can always improve. Mr. Choi's presence everyday was always appreciated.

This is a huge restaurant with truly fine (elite) quality cooking of Chinese dishes. Everything we ordered was truly delicious and beautifully presented. The restroom is passable and the noise level is so high - the 2 reasons I have given this place only 4 stars instead of 5. Service is quick and respectfully executed. This is one restaurant to be proud of and invite special guests to.

Excellent Chinese resto! Came here for a family meal and they did not disappoint. We had a reservation and had out own private room with excellent service. The food was great as well! The fish was so juicy and flavorful. We also had Peking duck which was not the best I've had but it was tender. Overall I'd say the ambiance and the service was the main reason for the 5 star rating. Price is upscale but we'll worth it for the service.

My favorite Chinese restaurant! . Must try Best baked barbecue pork Bun better than Tim Ho Wan for me! It's delicious and crusty! And must try egg custard and masachi balls!

This resturant is really good! Their food is awesome and the dessert to it is great! I loved there piegon and there bamboo soup aside from the food their dessert was so good I loved their coffee jelly and their service is awesome they serve very quick and if you order fish they will show you what fish you got it was amazing! I wish I could come back there to have another tasty sweet and yummy lunch/dinner I loved it!

When I eat at restaurants that have ethnicities as their theme, I always end up liking the most authentic. The decor, ambiance, cleanliness, and all other non-food parts of a restaurant are just secondary factors when i choose my favorite. The number one, most important factor for me is flavor. At Choi Garden, flavor is what you'll get. In my opinion, this restaurant serves the best Chinese food in Metro Manila. I've eaten here several times and have tried several things. This rarely happens but I've liked all of their dishes. My all-time favorite there is their roasted layered pork, aka lechon macau. It has crispy, crunchy skin with soft, aromatic meat. Dip it in a bit of mustard and hoisin and it's game over. Give their fried pigeon a try as well. Imagine eating pigeon with Peking duck-like skin with a deeper flavor profile. Yum. The main reason why their food is authentic is because their chefs hail from Hong Kong. They bring their expertise in cooking and wok-fire wizardry to Choi Garden. Take away: For a better dining experience, make sure to look for Mr. Joseph Tan. He's like Choi Garden's COO. Best Chinese food with awesome service is a winner in any day

Choi Garden is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Metro Manila. That's all. I've had the privilege of dining here about a dozen times as my father's family is Chinese and thus most birthdays and any event worth celebrating is held here. The dining experiences I've had here have been nothing short of superb. I don't know who the chefs are, but dang, it's plain to see that a significant amount of time and effort were invested into ensuring that each dish is bursting with flavor, whether in the most subtle fashion or a plainly distinct manner. We've had most of our meals here sans the rice because the entrees were simply filling enough. It doesn't really what set you get, you'll be happy with it. The interior and exterior are very Oriental too.
